We pop all the details in one spot for you to browse, once your happy - you can secure your booking with a 30% (non-refundable) deposit. Phew! You can now access our client portal which contains all of the information you need to pull off your marquee wedding.

This is a super important step. We will meet in the exact spot the marquee will go, chat details and logistics. Ideally site visits take place 2-3 months prior to the event. There is no charge for local site visits.

Once we have all of the details, the Loula team can then make a 3D floor plan for you to see the space exactly how it will be. We can provide assistance with building consents required through local councils.

Usually 1-2 days prior to your event, we will spend the day installing your marquee and furniture pieces, on some occasions this may be completed over 2 days. You don't need to worry about a thing.

Everything is ready to go! We are always keeping up with the weather forecast over your event to ensure the marquee stays safe and secure. Any concerns we will be available via phone.

Once you have had the best day ever, we will be there the next day to pack down the marquee and leave everything as we found it.
