Your marquee timeline

Flick us a message and tell us your marquee vision: the who, what and where. We'll advise the best size for your event, plus anything else important to know.

We pop all the details in one place for you to look over. Once you're happy, secure your booking with a 30% (non-refundable) deposit.

This is a really important step. We meet at the exact spot the marquee will go to talk through details and logistics. Site visits ideally happen 2–3 months before your event, and local visits are free.

Once we have all the details, we'll create a 3D floor plan so you can see the space exactly as it will be. We can also help with any building consents needed through your local council.

Usually 1–2 days before your event, our crew installs the marquee and furniture. Larger setups may take two days. You don't need to worry about a thing.

Everything's ready to go. We keep a close eye on the weather forecast over your event to keep the marquee safe and secure, and we're available by phone if anything comes up.

After the best day ever, we'll be back the next day to pack down the marquee and leave everything as we found it.

These are maximum guest numbers. The right size depends on your table style, lounges, bar and dance floor. Tell us your plans and we'll recommend the best fit.
Our marquee must be installed on a flat, grassed site with good vehicle access. We're happy to do a site visit to make sure your site is suitable.

It depends on your plans. Are you thinking cocktail-style or a seated dinner? A dance floor inside or out? A bar and space to mingle? Use the table above as a guide, and once we know your plans we'll suggest a few floor plans to get it just right.

Yes. Every wall rolls up or down, so you can open it right up on a fine day or close it in for wind or rain.

We watch the forecast closely in the lead-up, and because some sites are in high-wind zones, we always recommend a backup plan. For everyone's safety we follow strict wind limits: from 50 km/h all walls are closed; at 50–70 km/h we monitor conditions closely; at 70–80 km/h the marquee is evacuated; over 80 km/h we won't install, or the marquee is taken down.

We take bookings up to a year in advance and recommend locking in your date as soon as you can. Last-minute bookings are always welcome too, depending on availability.

No. Our marquee is only installed by our own fully trained team, so every health and safety requirement is met. Sit back and relax.
